We offer two packages with the Isaac Pendant
Family Monitored Service
We provide you with the Isaac Pendant, which will automatically connect any SOS call you make to 3 nominated friends/family members, giving you peace of mind that the people who care for you are always there at a push of a button.
These friends and family members will gain access to our app, Isaac.care, where they will be able to see any alerts that come in and view current GPS location of the device. We ensure you maintain your privacy and only display GPS information to those who you wish to share it with.

Ask for help
Have a conversation with your emergency contact through the pendant itself, no matter where you are.
GPS Location
As well as a phone call, your emergency contact will receive a push notification from the Isaac care app and can use the app to see your current location in real time, so they know exactly where you are when you need help.
24/7 Remote Monitored Service
Alternatively, we can program your pendant to put you through to our fully trained remote monitoring service who can assist you in the event of a fall. Our trained staff will assess the situation during the call and decide what response is needed.
