We have a fully trained team who are on hand 24 hours 7 days a week to monitor alerts from our fall devices, giving our clients peace of mind that someone is always on hand to help.
Our service is unique in that we are fully supported by MyHomecare, one of Ireland’s leading homecare companies. This means that we have the capabilities to step in and provide in person care to our clients in the home if needed, for as long as needed until they are back on their feet and ready to go back to living their independent life. This allows us to bridge the gap between technology and care, in order to provide a complete independent living solution.
The Isaac platform and our dedicated team assist you in making sure you are prepared and fully equipped to deal with any significant health event that may occur.
We offer you peace of mind that the Isaac team are there to step in with the assistance you need for as long as you need it, these supports include support for early discharge from hospital, remote monitoring of vitals and falls, and homecare supports.
We can tailor our services based on each individual clients’ needs. We have clinical staff on hand to remotely monitor vital signs and have a 24/7 call centre who can remotely monitor any alerts from the Isaac Pendant falls device.
We understand that not everyone has someone close by who can check on them in the event of a fall, in this case we can provide a first responder who can step in, in the case of a falls alert.
Often people are well enough to be discharged from hospital but don’t have the correct supports at home to allow them to be discharged. In these cases we can step in and provide the level of care needed, in the home, for as long as required.
