All fall and SOS alerts will be routed directly to 3 nominated emergency contacts, allowing you to speak directly to your loved ones, through the device when you need help.
In this case, the call will always go to the first person on the list, if there is no response it will move to the second, then the third, this process will repeat until the call is successfully answered.
As soon as an alert is raised, the relevant circle of care in the Isaac app will receive a notification through to their phone, along with a phone call if they are one of your 3 nominated emergency contacts.
The Isaac Fall Alarm and app are extremely easy to use for both the family and the care recipient. The pendant will work straight out of the box, with minimal need for setup.
The Isaac Fall Alarm will automatically connect any SOS call you make to 3 nominated friend/family members, giving you peace of mind that the people who care for you are always there at the push of a button. These friends and family members will be notified of any alerts through the Isaac app.
