What piqued your interest in the Isaac Pendant? 

My mam is living alone, and we wanted something to act as a security blanket, to know she had something she could use to call us if she needed help.

What feature of the Isaac Pendant do you value the most? 

That if something happens and she does need to use the pendant, there are three numbers or contacts it will ring so we are assured that we will be contacted if she does fall.

What’s the biggest change you’ve found since you started using the Pendant? 

It’s a safety thing for my Mam, she’s more confident knowing it’s there and she’s not as afraid. Even through her family are around her every day, it’s just for the times when nobody is around that she has something she can use to call us.

What’s most valuable to yourself and your family about using the Pendant ? 

It’s a relief that we have something, my sister lives far away and my brother works full time. We can’t be there all the time but knowing that we have the app and will get a call if something happens is very reassuring.

The Pendant is helping us avoid going down the carer route, while Mam is still mobile and independent

5 stars definitely. It’s so easy to use. You hear about other systems where they have to speak through a base unit if they fell but that is no good to them. Its good they have something physically on them.
