Brendan lives alone and suffers from high blood pressure and experiences regular blackouts. His family were worried that he was increasingly more vulnerable so he had begun to limit the amount of farm work he was doing. Isaac Care provided Brendan with our remote health monitoring equipment and within weeks the results prompted a full medication review. Brendan is now on different medication and is doing much better. He also feels confident when out on the farm that he can call for help no matter where he is with the Isaac Pendant.

With the support of MyHomecare, we designed a bespoke package to support Erin. Our assistive technology gave Erin’s family peace of mind that she was safe and well, and her neighbour was notified if she wandered outside of set GPS zones.

Despite living so far away, Erin’s family members felt incredible peace of mind from the real-time information they got from the Isaac Care app, and were happy for her to continue living alone. We supported Erin to live safely at home for an additional 12 months, at a significant cost saving to the health service.
