Isaac Care is our free family caring app which brings all of the information gathered from our peripheral devices together into one user friendly interface. The app features a client profile, where details about the service user can be shared with a wide group of friends and family members involved in their care, these groups are known as circles of care. The app can be set up by the care recipient themselves, or by one designated primary carer. The primary carer has access to all information on the app and can control what information each care circle can see. The app is designed this way to ensure the care recipients’ data is kept secure and only shared with the relevant people.
