This easy to use personal alarm allows the user to easily call for help, whether at home or out and about, and provides the family with real time updates through the Isaac Care app. The Isaac Fall Alarm is ideal for people of all ages who are concerned about their wellbeing and safety both at home, and while out and about.

Circle of Care Supported – Option 1
The Isaac Fall Alarm will automatically connect all SOS calls to 3 nominated emergency contacts. Giving you peace of mind that the people who care for you are always there at the push of a button.
The call will be routed to the first emergency contact, if unanswered will divert to the second, then the third, with this process repeating until the call is successfully answered.
A real time notification is always pushed to the Isaac app in the event of a Fall/SOS alert, allowing families to see the current GPS location of the device. We ensure you maintain your privacy and only display GPS information to those who you wish to share it with.

GPS Location
As well as a phone call, your emergency contact will receive a push notification from the Isaac Care app and can use the app to see your current location in real time, so they know exactly where you are when you need help.
24/7 Call Centre Supported – Option 2
Our dedicated team are on hand 24/7, 365 days per year to respond to any SOS or fall alert. Giving you peace of mind that our dedicated team are on hand at the push of a button.
Our dedicated team will respond to any alerts, assess each individual situation and escalate to the appropriate response.

We ensure you maintain privacy and only display GPS information to those who you wish to share it with, the call centre never have access to the GPS location of the device.
