View your health stats and data in the Isaac app and share with relevant people to involve a wider circle of care in your health.
We give you the option to monitor your vitals yourself, by sharing the data with those involved in your care. Alternatively, you can avail of our remote monitoring service, where our nurse led team are on hand to monitor your vitals and highlight any potentially concerning changes over time.
You can opt to give your GP or medical professionals access to your vital data, which will give them a better picture of your overall health and facilitate online or phone consultations, with no need to travel in to clinic.
